Who needs the Uworld NCLEX preparatory course?

UWorld offers quality content, but that doesn't mean it's a good fit for all students studying for the NCLEX. To use UWorld successfully, you must be individually motivated during your studies. They do not teach the content or guide you in a certain direction. You must be willing to take responsibility and be motivated to work on the content. If you prefer to work with an instructor, consider other services that offer live seminars.

Unlike many other NCLEX services, UWorld does not provide videos covering key concepts. If you like to use video as the main resource in your studies, you need to complement UWorld with another service that provides the type of content. Many people who use UWorld combine it with another course and it seems effective in helping them pass the NCLEX. Remember that the additional features of anotherCurso NCLEXthey come with a price tag.

If you're already familiar with the content you learned in nursing school, you'll likely need fewer miscellaneous materials in the classroom. If you find yourself in this situation, UWorld is probably a great addition for you. UWorld's Question Bank teaches NCLEX exam skills and the ability to reason through this style of questioning. If you are already familiar with most of the material, you may find the large number of questions to be more than enough repetition.

In general, UWorld is great at the few things it focuses on. Because your product is so tightly tailored to one learning style, you need to make sure it fits that particular learning profile before subscribing to your product.
